Andi Guo

Founder

Hello! I am Andi, a grade 12 student at the University of Toronto Schools, and I love AI and competitive programming. I have qualified for AIME, and I compete in the USACO Gold division. This year, I have written a paper on AI published in the Canadian Undergraduate Conference in AI! With my two years of experience tutoring and two years of experience coaching skating, I would be happy to help you find your passions and achieve academic success. In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton and skating internationally!

Raymond Mi

Hey there! My name is Raymond, and I am a grade 12 student in the TOPS program attending Marc Garneau Collegiate Institute. With two years of experience tutoring students, I’m excited to help you succeed! I’m an AIME qualifier and USACO Silver competitor. I have also competed in DECA, for the past three years, representing Ontario twice at internationals. When I’m free, I enjoy reading science fiction, playing table tennis, and collecting hockey cards. I’m always looking for a sci-fi recommendation, so if you have a favourite, I’d love to hear it!

Matthew Chen

Workshop Director

Hello! My name is Matthew, and I am entering grade 12 at University of Toronto Schools. In my spare time, I enjoy playing chess and reading literature. I scored 1560 on the SAT, qualified for AIME, and obtained 5’s in a variety of APs from calculus to economics. I also have a year of previous experience tutoring for other organizations in and around Toronto, specifically helping students with their mathematics and essay-writing skills. I hope to extend my passion for academics to every student who I teach!

I have achieved an Honorable Mentions in the USAMO, AMC 12 Distinguished Honor Roll, and have participated in the Ross Mathematics Program. I have three years of experience tutoring. In my free time, I enjoy playing badminton!
